Marlowe is a 58-unit residential development located in Victoria’s Gordon Head neighbourhood. It offers a blend of heritage-inspired boutique suites and spacious 1- and 3-bedroom townhomes. Interiors feature warm wood tones, modern finishes, and durable vinyl plank flooring, all wrapped in a charming heritage-style exterior.
